Terms of Service

By accessing and using BONSOI Systems' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BONSOI Systems' website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

BONSOI Systems provides software development services, including but not limited to:

• AI and Machine Learning solutions
• Web3 and Blockchain development
• Full-stack web and mobile application development
• Cloud infrastructure and DevOps services
• Technology consulting and strategy

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Not use services for illegal purposes
• Comply with applicable laws

Unless otherwise stated, all deliverables remain BONSOI Systems' IP until full payment. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client.

We retain the right to use project work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

Standard terms include:

• Initial deposit required before commencement
• Milestone-based payments
• Final payment due upon completion
• Fees are non-refundable unless specified

Timelines are estimates. Delays caused by client feedback or scope changes may extend timelines and incur additional fees.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the agreement.
